Julian has drawn upon his 20-years experience to forge his own path and some of his methods are quite unorthodox, running contrary to the methods usually employed by many property investors.
As well as covering strategy, Julian will talk about how to create well-designed, durable product – and how to win and retain customers so that cash-flow is consistent and secure.
