The topics he covered included :

- How to acquire property and become financially independent using HMOs
- Example case studies of HMOs – incluidng costs, income and cash flow
- Joint Ventures using HMOs
HMOs are today’s hottest trend, so everyone there was fascinated to hear Jim speak – and he didn’t disappoint!
