Peter has been investing in property since 1986 and is also a very successful businessman, with a number of property orientated businesses.
Peter spent many years living in Jersey, where he bought his first investment properties. He moved to England more than 15 years ago and continues to invest here.
Despite his own success in business, Peter has always been interested in property investment strategies using little or no capital – and he now spends a considerable amount of his time sharing his expertise to help others get started building their own property investment portfolios, from a limited base.
