Come and Visit Us At Landlord Expo 2013
We’re delighted to be taking a stand at Landlord Expo 2013 being held in Bristol on 18 April.
This event is known as THE event in the west country for landlords and is organised by local authorities in the area, including Bristol City Council, BANES, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
The aim of the West of England Landlord Expo is to improve the private rented sector by sharing information between landlords, prospective landlords, letting agents and manager – and it’s a free event to attend, with free refreshments on offer too.
There were around 80 exhibitors at the Expo 2012, along with 18 seminars running throughout the day, with hundreds of visitors attending.
As usual, this year there will be information and seminars on all sorts of subjects of interest to Landlords – including everything from planning your finances to the current requirements for fire alarms in rented accommodation.
It’s a great event for all landlords – and even if you haven’t started building your property portfolio yet, it’s a valuable place to find out more.
For existing landlords, there’s a huge amount of info and great contacts to be made, whether you already own a large property portfolio including licensable houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), or are a small buy to let landlord.
Our stand is near the refreshments – and we’re always keen to meet new friends and old – so do come along and say hello.
