Your PIM Host – Everton Williams
Everton Williams
Everton has been active in the property industry for over 30 years. His property investment journey started in his early 20s with the purchase of a Bristol terraced house which he converted into 2 separate flats.
This refurbishment was the first of a series of varied investment projects and property acquisitions throughout the 1980s, and led to his passion for property.
Following this successful run of property refurbishments and having built up a successful rental portfolio, Everton decided to put the proceeds to good use and travel. For the next 10 years he travelled across the globe extensively, including a few years spent in Hong Kong.
His property investments in Bristol enabled him to lead an independent lifestyle free to experiment with career and life choices, without being tied to the 9 – 5 work commitments that many find themselves tied to in their 30s and 40s.
Since returning to the UK Everton took up a part time role at the NHS, but continued to pursue his love of property. Thanks to some smart property investments with Property Options Investments team and guidance from mentor Del Brown, he has been able to scale up his property development business and deliver larger projects. These include conversions of commercial to residential units (title splitting) and larger HMOs.
For the past 18 months Everton has been an active member of the Property Options team and hosts the Bristol based monthly PIM meetings, dedicating his time to helping others who are interested in property to grow and prosper.
Property Options’ monthly Property Investment Meetings (PIM) take place on the last Thursday of every month (except Aug & Dec) at Future Inn Bristol BS1 3EN.
