We Had A Great Time At Landlord Expo 2013
We were so pleased with our decision to take a stand at Landlord Expo 2013 which was held in Bristol on 18 April.
This event is known as THE event in the west country for landlords and is organised by local authorities in the area, including Bristol City Council, BANES, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
The aim of the West of England Landlord Expo is to improve the private rented sector by sharing information between landlords, prospective landlords, letting agents and manager – and it’s a free event to attend, with free refreshments on offer too.
There were over 80 exhibitors at the Expo 2012, along with numerous seminars running throughout the day, so it was no surprise that hundreds of visitors attended.
We had a fantastic time, we met lots of new friends, all interested in property investment.
We also ran a very popular prize draw for a mini-ipad. Julie Smith of Bristol City Council kindly helped us out with the draw – and the lucky winner was Melissa Edwards.
It’s was a great event for landlords – and anyone interested in becoming one.
We’re hoping to meet some of our new friends at our next PIM on 30 May, when our headline speaker is Francis Dolley..
